The objective of the proposed process is to develop strategic awareness, questions, and insights as input to detailed planning of the April Collabathon. While our collective capacity to develop and operate this process - and some of the insights generated in its operation - will certainly influence subsequent events, the primary scope remains the April Collabathon.
At present the purpose of this document is centered on preparing the minimum viable specifications and communications required to gather Open Climate Project participants for rapid relationship-building and exchange regarding potentially valuable input the Collabathon planning - whether strategic, tactical, local, global, general or specialized, etc.
