During the meeting today we discussed the need of our sponsor to preserve its first to market advantage. SENSORICA is refining its interface with classical organizations and the issue of transparency and openness comes very often. I discussed with Tibi, who explained the problem to me, I am going to work on it.

Restructured the inventory spreadsheet.
Cleaned and organized the electronic components at the work station at the same time. It makes work less frustrating and more efficient, finding stuff better and knowing what we have in stock.

Did some numbers crunching and analysis about project burn-rate, comparing the vibration/sound sensor and displacement sensor's actual dev time with predicted dev time, and sent this to the sponsor's project manager.
