Create microfluidic gradient generator device designs in autoCAD. Adapt the geometry to be consistent with the b9creator 3D printer and convert to the appropriate file type.
Experimented making PDMS replicas from 3d printed moulds.
Updated R&D document.
Adapted microfluidic device geometry to be used with the b9creator. This involved redesigning the channels to avoid curves and to ensure a minimum feature size of 200 microns. After the designs were made, I rendered them into 3D models, and exported them as .stl files. To check the fidelity of the files, I then double-checked that they open correctly in SketchUp.
